Birth of a Mother

A support group for new moms

Matrescence, the transition to motherhood, is one of the most profound life changes a woman can experience. This group is for new mothers (most recent child <2 yrs. old) to share our stories, challenges, and successes while supporting the range of authentic, honest experience about what it means to be(come) a mother. Come as you are!

Group sessions will:

  • Co-create a safe container to attune to ourselves, share our truth and find support

  • Include guided exercises, movement and breathwork to enhance self-awareness and release stress and tension

  • Explore a range of issues relevant to this significant adjustment period

  • Offer healthy coping skills and tools
